Northpoint Prep was founded from my personal experiences as a student.

I know how overwhelming the road to college can feel, from balancing schoolwork, test prep, and big dreams, and we want to make the process as stress-free as possible for families. Many students felt that it was impossible to connect with a tutor who understood their experiences and challenges, which is why we exclusively hire tutors who are “in touch” with the current landscape and can relate to challenges that your student faces. Northpoint was created to give students the kind of support that feels personal, encouraging, and empowering. Our tutors went through the late nights, the confusion about where to start, and the frustration of not having access to the guidance they needed. With help from like-minded mentors across the world, we created a place where students feel understood, where tutoring is accessible, and where every learner is encouraged to dream boldly.

We Stand on Business: Our Results

When our results speak for themselves, we don’t need contracts that make you spend thousands on tutoring that doesn’t work. At Northpoint, our students improve their SAT scores by an average of 160 points, while our ACT students increase by an average of 4.3 points. Not a single one of our students failed their STAAR exams in Texas in the last 7 years, and we’ll be keeping it that way for a while. From test score gains to top college acceptances, our numbers highlight the results our students achieve and the broad community we’re proud to serve.
